2012 OVERNIGHT RENTAL:

Night rental = 3:00 pm arrival to 11:00 am departure

Rate: $15.00 per person, per night (adults and youth)

Camp and Hoxie Hall ( includes use of kitchen) $250/day,

Six camper circle cabins sleeps 10 - 12 children and 2 adults per cabin.

Additional part day for Camp and Hoxie Hall $125

Director’s Cabin w washroom (2 piece) $60/night

Medical Cabin sleeps 5 w washrooms ( 2 piece) $75/night

Additional sleeping cabins: Oak cabin- sleeps 24

Maple cabin- sleeps 4

Triple Tulip- sleeps 6

Wee Willow--sleeps 2

Pool $100/day

Lifeguard fees $20/hr (minimum of 2 lifeguards -for larger groups, ratio =1 lifeguard per 20 swimmers) If you provide your own lifeguard, proof of qualifications must be shown.

Ropes Course $250/day + Instructor fees @ $80/day (2 required)

+ any applicable taxes

Contract Information:

Overnight Booking:The rental requisition form and contract must be returned complete with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 small groups or $200 large groups ( over 40 campers) to confirm requested dates.

Insurance: A copy of your liability insurance policy to cover your rental must be provided to Cave Springs Camp by fax or in person, at the earlier of 2 weeks after confirmation of your rental request, or 24 hours prior to the date of your confirmed arrival, whichever is earlier. Your insurance policy MUST name Cave Springs Camp, Inc. and the United Church of Canada as "additional insured" or "co-insured" or "also insured".

2012 DAY RENTAL:

Camp and Hoxie Hall (includes use of kitchen, outdoor grounds, washrooms, chapel and pavilion.) $250.00/ day

Ropes Course $250.00/day

Ropes instructors (2 required) @ $80.00 ea./day

Pool (when available) $100.00/day

Lifeguards (2 required) @ $20.00 /hr ea.

Escarpment trail guide $60 /day, $30 half day

+ any applicable Taxes

A cleaning/damage fee of $200 will be required (Cheque will be cashed and reimbursed if not used.)

** United Church of Canada congregations within Niagara Presbytery will receive 50% discount except fees for instructors and lifeguards and cleaning.
